I have tried everything from weight loss pills to hiring a personal trainer. And everything seemed to not work or take to long. I wanted results right away, and for what I paid. I was not seeing what I wanted. One day I looked at myself and got just the right boost of motivation I needed to push me to lose weight. Here's how I lost a pound a day for two weeks and kept it off:
**I eat little and walked often**
--meaning I would walk every day for an hour and ten minutes. (1hr10mins). And ate around 1,000 calories a day. But of protein, because protein builds muscle.
I would wake up around 8 o'clock every morning and go for a walk around my neighborhood on an empty stomach. That way I burned more fat. Here's the thing, I would only drink water for two hours before I ate after my workout. That way my muscles were still being worked after the work out, therefore burning more calories and fat. I ate the same things every day, that way I knew how much I was eatting and I knew how much I had to burn off.
Surprisingly, it wasn't hard to keep doing this. Mostly because I was motivated enough. I dropped a pound a day. I looked and felt great every day!
